Military Progress

Strategy Page reports:

During the Cold War, there were over 300,000 U.S. troops in Western Europe, now it's about 40,000, and headed for 33,000 in five years.

Now that's the kind of military progress I like to see. If only we could see similar progress in Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, Colombia, and dozens of other countries. Free exchange with all, entangling alliances with none!
