Return to Nature

by Peter Saint-Andre

Becoming natural isn't degradation,
But going up to something high and free;
A striving for a total integration
Of reason, feeling, sensuality,
And will; a universal affirmation
Of active life in full reality.
I craft a compass for my self-creation
And set a course for what I wish to be.
