Doc takes courage from Chris Nolan's analysis of the current political scene. Nolan (any relation to LP co-founder David Nolan, I wonder?) foresees a potential coalition of progressive libertarians, which might break the logjam in American politics. I've been using the term "progressive libertarianism" since early 2002 -- perhaps it is a meme whose time has come?
